When Rae Lee Woodall and Sandi Sarjent founded Changes Home Care in 2011, their goal was to provide the best possible home care services — the kind of care that they would give to their own loved ones.
To Rae Lee and Sandi, Changes Home Care isn’t just business — it’s truly personal. After seeking quality home care services for their own families, Rae Lee and Sandi were inspired to fill the need in their own unique way. Now, Changes Home Care is proud to provide skilled, compassionate care to the Central Indiana community.
Before co-founding Changes Home Care, Rae Lee Woodall worked in occupational therapy and for organizations that provided skilled medical and non-medical care. She was raised by her grandparents and credits them for her tenacity and work ethic. Today, Rae Lee loves meeting clients and ensuring that they receive the kind of care she would want her own family to receive.
Rae Lee lives in Crawfordsville and enjoys watching Colts football with her two daughters.
Prior to co-founding Changes Home Care, Sandi spent time in many customer-focused settings. This, along with her time in the insurance industry, has given her a love of communication and a desire to help others through the ins and outs of finding (and affording) the right home care solution. The most enjoyable part of her job is connecting with clients and hearing their stories.
Sandi lives in Crawfordsville with her husband and they have four children and three granddaughters
